Measure training effectiveness through its impact on key business parameters. • Competency Mapping for the critical line positions. • Implementation of Competency Based Selection processes with special focus on key line positions. • Successful implementation of various OD interventions in the areas of Team working, Coaching , Leadership development and Customer Orientation • Successful implementation of “Team Brief” an employee communication initiative , that starts from the CEO and goes down to the last link in the chain.
