With over 18+ years of experience in Human Resource Management, I am currently the Associate Director - Strategy and Growth at Atharva Group Of Institutes, a leading higher educational institution in Mumbai. My role involves designing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the growth, reputation, and impact of Atharva, as well as overseeing the HR functions and the talent development programs for the faculty and students.
