★ Administered inventory effectively at all Pharmacy stores throughout all care network hospitals in India ➤ KEY RESULT AREAS. • Reduce inventory days and maintain control over stockouts through the use of alternative planning approaches. • Effective in OP Pharmacy Management comprises prescription capture, revenue growth, inventory reduction, and stock bounce reduction. • Strict supervision of material use (drugs and consumables) and implementation of many cost-cutting measures to reduce direct and indirect material costs. • Demonstrated proficiency in the implementation of all Logistics Standard Operating Procedures at the ground level, with a goal of zero departure from statutory compliance. Coaching and guiding the SCM Team during the Oracle EBS and New HIS implementations. • Demonstrated an in-depth understanding of cutting-edge supply chain/logistics operations, as well as LEAN approaches. Significant Highlights: Managed to maintain supply to all network hospitals in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities during the Covid-19 lockdown, despite obstacles. Inventory Days (Aug-19 vs Mar-21) have been shortened from 25 days to 20 days.

★ Fundamentally designed and owned methods for analyzing, modelling, and simulating inventory, supply chain, and product flow policies and flows. ➤ KEY RESULT AREAS • Contributed to strategic analysis, planning, and operations for all e-commerce warehouses and fulfilment centres. • Effectively designed a new reporting format (both within and outside the system) to reduce report turnaround time from 20 to two man-days. • Worked in collaboration with E&Y to develop a strategy for SCM cost reductions. Set a target of 55.0 crores for FY 17-18 (up from 30.0 crores in FY 16-17) on Cost and MRP for the Same Brand and Substitution. • Supervised accounts and establish productive relationships with new logistics suppliers and warehouse operators in order to enhance the business platform. • Orchestrated a novel analysis to eliminate obsolete inventory and successfully reduced inventory holding days from 35 days in the fiscal year 2016-17 to 31 days in fiscal year 2017-18 to 27 days (FY 18-19).

Ensured compliance with critical supply chain KPIs, delegated process bottlenecks, and implement solutions • Attained targets for operating measures such as line-item fill rate, backorder as a percentage of sales, forecast accuracy, shipping and order entry accuracy, and warehouse stock count accuracy. • Outstanding understanding of data analysis and forecasting techniques.
