I started my career as a website tester before moving into mobile game and app testing, beginning with J2ME and HTML5 games and later expanding to Android, iOS, Windows, PC, and AR/VR experiences. Over time, I’ve built extensive expertise in end-to-end game testing and production across multiple platforms. My experience covers both client projects and in-house products, with collaborations that include Nokia, Gameloft, Hella, Saint-Gobain, and Chennai Super Kings, as well as contributions to Comics Head for Australian schools. I’ve worked on globally recognized titles such as WCC1, WCC2, WCC3, WCC lite, WCC Rivals, Battle of Chepauk, and Ludo Cricket Clash, reaching millions of players worldwide. With over 9 years of leadership experience, I have successfully built QA teams from the ground up, recruiting, mentoring, and aligning around 15 members to their strengths. I’ve managed and released 10+ major projects, balancing multiple platforms and deadlines while maintaining high quality and motivated teams. I specialize in resource allocation, risk management, and project delivery under pressure, ensuring smooth execution. Beyond QA, I contribute ideas and inputs across multiple areas of game development, including game design feedback, UI/UX improvements, analytics reviews, ad placement strategies, Live Ops planning, and product enhancements — ensuring a balance between player experience and business goals. I have also stepped in to handle Project Manager responsibilities whenever required, ensuring projects stay on track without disruption. My strengths lie in leadership, cross-functional collaboration, conflict management, and proactive problem-solving.
