I have recently started at Napa auto parts and I am enjoying it thoroughly. I have definitely missed working for a motor factor! Despite some recent challenges our team are very strong and I am very proud to be a part of it. The management is phenomenal. You are always looked after and supported. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me within the company.

I chose to make the move to Nissan as I was eager to have dealership experience behind me. I learnt a lot during my time here and I gained / improved many skills such as problem solving, time management, efficiency and many more.

I was head-hunted for this role by the branch manager in Chichester whilst working for National tyres in Bognor Regis. As a parts advisor for ECP I was responsible for around 20 customer accounts in the local area including Frosts for cars Chichester. My position consisted of answering inbound calls from business and retail customers placing orders for vehicle parts. In addition to this, I would regularly make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and offer monthly deals to my private clients.

National tyres in Bognor Regis was my first role in the motor trade world. I have always been a massive car enthusiast so to be able to work around all sorts of cars was a dream come true. As a customer service advisor I was responsible for all customer interactions both over the phone and in person. My typical day consisted of scheduling in clients for vehicle servicing, tyre fitting and vehicle repairs. I was responsible for the company schedule, updating clients and handover of completed jobs. I was also the front face of the company in which I learned how to handle complaints, deal with complications and managing the expectations of our clients.

As a FOH waitress I would serve hundreds of guests of Haven a night in the on-site restaurant. This business educated me in money-handling, customer service and up-selling. We often had targets for up-selling extras on the menu and were rewarded for hitting certain targets.

This was a temporary role over the summer months working as both a sales and stock assistant. My role consisted of, aiding customers in store in all departments, taking stock count of our shoe department ensuring correct data for sizes of all shoes and a money-handling role on the sales desk.
