I’m an HR Executive with hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and induction to performance monitoring and exit processes. I actively conduct new hire inductions and training sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and early engagement. My role includes maintaining accurate employee master data, preparing offer and confirmation letters, and ensuring proper setup of leave entitlements, benefits, and notice periods. I manage end-to-end HR documentation such as increments, resignations, and terminations, while ensuring full compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws. I’m also involved in annual manpower budgeting and workforce planning, supporting business needs through structured and cost-effective resource management. In addition, I have experience handling HR matters during mergers, including employee coordination, documentation alignment, and change support. Beyond operations, I oversee rosters and attendance, support disciplinary processes by coordinating show-cause letters with management, and work closely with on-site teams to proactively resolve workforce challenges. Passionate about people and processes, I aim to deliver a smooth, compliant, and positive HR experience that supports both employees and business objectives.
