Operate and monitor production activities in the plant. Troubleshoot and take corrective actions to ensure safe and smooth operations. Ensure follow up of standard operating procedures. Manually top-up chemicals to the different baths during production. Perform planned preventive maintenance to maintain equipment efficiency Maintain stock inventories and perform daily, weekly, monthly stock checks. Complete production checklist and ISO documentation. Supporting to plant improvement by learning new techniques and process. Planning of shift production activities & reporting to the production manager. Ensure on-time completion of processes. Improve process steps with proper procedures and work instructions. Following all safety rules and co-operation with EHS dept.
