Husband and father of 2 beautiful small children; Martin and Emma who make my life whole. I am a tech entrepreneur with a big passion for solving issues in a lean and agile way by building the plane as we fly it and teaching the future pilots to push themselves since the sky has no limits. 20 years of technical and entrepreneurship experience and 11 Years leading multiple companies with the responsibility of up to 60 employees at the same time and their well-being. Extensive experience acquired by working on all possible different roles inside a company including C.E.O, sales, marketing, technical leader and innovation advocate. Success in serving clients all over the world from Colombia and growing into helping local companies with their talent needs. Important e-commerce experience acquired by helping customers create thriving online businesses from scratch. Over the last 20 years, I have worked on more than 500 projects helping around 300+ clients, but over the last 3 years I decided to change our business model from a volume project-based approach to dedicated partnership relationships creating more value to all parties involved in the value stream from the collaborators to the end customers, and we are in the middle of a new business model focusing on helping other software companies with the talent gap and operations.
