Monitoring of all relevant outputs through P&Ls. - Business analytics: developing and monitoring business KPIs, guaranteeing an effective decision-making. - Productivity: using and developing own SAP-based tools to monitor the productivity of the assigned resources, to achieve the projects’ completion effectively and on time.

In charge of the International Projects Department, offering global testing, inspection, QA/QC services. Contracts awarded: o 2015/2016: 100 MW Solar PV and 50 MW Wind. Project Development and CPM for Solar Field, Substation and Transmission Line. o 2015: 50 MW Solar PV. Transmission Line Project Development. o 2015: 270 MW Geothermal (1st stage of 35 MW). Project Development and Technical due diligence for technology providers. o 2014/2015: 40 MW Geothermal. Project Development and CPM for the drilling wellpads. Technical and Financial due diligence for the technology providers for Power Plant and Substation and Transmission Line. o 2014/2016: 11 MW Diesel-Fuel Oil. Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCm) for Power Plant and Substation and Transmission Line. o 2014/2015: Pre-Feasibility studies for 300 MW Coal Fired, 25 MW Hybrid Solar PV-Fuel Oil. • Team build-up, coordination, and personnel task assignment for the above-mentioned projects, once awarded.
