I drive organizational performance, ensure operational scalability, and guarantee service excellence across all modes of transport. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Operational & Strategic Alignment: Lead the end-to-end operational strategy, integrating the robust infrastructure of the Grupo Campuzano to enhance Planet Cargo's service offerings and financial stability. Performance and Efficiency: Direct process optimization initiatives (SOPs, technology adoption) resulting in measurable improvements in On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and cost-to-serve reduction. Global Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee all customs brokerage and regulatory compliance efforts, establishing rigorous protocols for risk mitigation to ensure penalty-free and smooth cargo flows (Air, Ocean, Road). Network and Carrier Management: Manage carrier relationships and leverage our WCA membership to expand global reach, ensuring competitive pricing and consistent service quality. Specialized Service Expansion: Champion the development and operational excellence of niche logistics services, particularly Refrigerated (Reefer) Cargo, utilizing the group's specialized assets to meet complex client demands. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Operations, Documentation, Customer Service) to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client-centric service delivery.

Key responsibilities: Liaise with clients to get a deep understanding of their business knowledge gaps and needs. Compile and share a high-quality expert profile briefing with our clients. Perform critical research into markets and companies around the globe. Reach out to experts on a regular basis to screen and validate their knowledge and relevance on specific projects.
