My responsibilities include: - Ensuring smooth flow of event procedures - Managing 3 teams of 7 people - Engaging with the Content Curation team to select an appropriate theme for the event and selecting capable speakers. - Working alongside the Event Management Team for budgeting and sourcing novelties, refreshments and other necessities for the event. - Looking over the social media and outreach, working with the Publicity Management Team to maximise number of attendees and market the event.

A selected Executive Conference Manager of the 5th edition of NPSI Lawcon My role entailed - Working with NPSI International School to organise and facilitate the 3-day mock trial conference. - Maintained all financial records of the event. - Contacted and worked with vendors and suppliers to maximise advocate satisfaction. - Strategised creative marketing methods, such as price and promotion, to attract advocates from all over the nation. - Led the edition to be the largest success yet, making a profit and donating to Pro-Bono Singapore. - Developed the court press council, the Global News Network, alongside the press team. - Strived to create the best advocate experience throughout the mock trial.
