As Chairman and Managing Director of Yashoda Group of Hospitals, I have been privileged to be part of its journey from the ground up, growing from a single facility into a trusted multi-speciality healthcare network. From the beginning, our focus has been on building a healthcare system that prioritises clinical quality, service excellence, empathy, affordability, and care that is respectful and accessible to every patient who walks through our doors. We strive to build trust through transparency, quality, and respect for the communities we serve. I believe healthcare should be accessible, patient-centred, and continuously evolving to meet changing needs. This philosophy guides our investments in advanced technology, skilled professionals, and infrastructure development. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to engage with India’s evolving healthcare landscape through involvement with industry bodies, including the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI), and the Quality Council of India. Along the way, our work has received recognition, which serves as encouragement to keep improving and serving with integrity. Our mission remains constant, and we are committed to building a healthcare system that prioritises people, is resilient and inclusive, and is well-equipped to meet the needs of future generations.
