Prepared market survey, competition analysis, budgeting, (AFE), registration in the country, prepared the base and the yard, recruited top talent, trained new hires, purchasing & fulfilment (ordered materials and chemicals) Training & Development - As Regional Training & Competency Manger, created and implemented programs to improve operations, for 7,000 employees. Developed all global competency level 1 and level 2 modules for frac supervisors, frac engineers, lab technicians, mechanics and electronics technicians. Also developed the global level 1 competency for cementing engineers and supervisors. Developed a 5-weeks frac training program for engineers and supervisors which resulted in additional training for more than 2,000 employees around the globe and generated $2 billion of revenue to Weatherford. Project Manager - Managed group product lines in Iraq in one of the most challenging environments from the security and business points of views in both North & South Iraq. Delivered turnkey wells to BP, Petronas, Mesan Oil Company (MOC), Southern Iraq Oil Company (SOC) and ensured that the security and safety of my team was the top priority in addition to making profit. Business Development (BD) - Won a multi-million dollar contract to deliver service and chemicals in both North and South Iraq. There was a special focus on training and developing Iraqis to do the jobs and help run the business smoothly and cost effectively.

 Field Service Quality Coordinator/PDC (April 2006 – June 2007)  Principal technical engineer cementing and stimulation services (April 2003 – March 2006)  Halliburton - Led a successful acid stimulation campaign for Gupco/BP in the gulf of Suze which resulted in a significant increase in the production of the field.  Halliburton - Updated Halliburton Management System (HMS) in Egypt and the Congo, trained junior engineers on job design and prepared all the high profile tenders in Egypt and the Congo.  Halliburton - Product champion for the tuned light system in Egypt after a successful operation with apache in Egypt.  Halliburton - Gupco/BP western desert campaign in Egypt. we cemented 8 critical wells in the western desert of Egypt (long depleted zones) using Halliburton’s latest technology (tuned light mixed with fibers)  Halliburton - Led a successful acid stimulation campaign for Gupco/BP in the gulf of Suze which resulted in a significant increase in the production of the field.  Halliburton - Updated Halliburton Management System (HMS) in Egypt and the Congo, trained junior engineers on job design and prepared all the high profile tenders in Egypt and the Congo.  Halliburton - Product champion for the tuned light system in Egypt after a successful operation with apache in Egypt.

This resulted in business growth, more contracts and more revenue.  Schlumberger - Designed, executed and evaluated the first HP LiteCrete job in UK for Bp, Sothern North Sea (SNS), (Aberdeen)  Schlumberger - Changed the bases of design for the biggest field for BP in the North Sea West of Shetland.  Schlumberger - Design, execution, evaluation for all the new technology in well construction services (LightCrete, SqueezeCrete, Uniflac and Instantseal).  Team Leader - Built the base in Heglig Sudan. Lead Trainer (technical and operational) for the Sudanese and put the base up to Schlumberger standards, received appreciation from the client and we were congratulated from the Oil Field Services (OFS) managers as the best OFS base in the area.
