Pouyan Bahrami

From growing up in the Bay Area, experiencing high school life in the Central Valley, to my college years in Long Beach, I am a full-blown California native. I discovered my communication skills as a music teacher in the Central Valley, engaging with parents and making learning fun for kids. My college years were a time of growth and achievement. I saw my grades improve yearly, culminating in making the Dean’s List. During this time, I also took on a sales internship at a marketing firm. This position challenged me to adapt to a fast-paced environment with constantly changing policies, upselling clients, and meeting aggressive sales targets. During college, I joined the E-Sports Organization, initially as a Valorant player in a team of six. Transitioning to a coaching role, I was able to foster my skills in strategic thinking, decision-making, and team management. These were invaluable experiences that complemented my academic journey. Now, as a Supply Chain Operations and Business Management graduate, I've begun working at Expeditors in the Air Import division, where I handle the logistics and coordination of air freight shipments.
