Courteously and efficiently serve customers and handling the whole restaurant operation, stock, control, purchasing, quality control, risk assessment, staff training, health and safety control, forward planning to increase the sales.

Accountable for designing and implementing business development initiatives for the restaurant. Establishing and developing relationships with notable guests, industry contacts, and driving guest satisfaction at in support of repeat and referral business. Overseeing daily activities and workload for the restaurant to support seamless operations between the kitchen and front of house staff. Facilitating all actions required to achieve demanding service levels and food quality and presentation guidelines. Reviewing current and foreseen demands for the restaurant to forward plan and design the staff rota. Distributing schedules within a timely fashion and considering any staff requests for absence. Reporting to the Directors on various KPI’s and providing the associated commentary and actions plans should there be any exceptions to performance.

Comprising of a modern informal dining restaurant, sushi bar, cocktail bar, private meetings rooms and lounge, it caters for a discerning and eclectic mix of clientele. Regularly used for private parties, events and functions. Responsible for the daily management & operation of this site, with a team of 15 staff on hand. The venue is open daily till late.
