Led backend development of a next-gen SecOps platform with integrated SOAR, SIEM, and DFIR capabilities. • Designed and implemented a resilient orchestration engine that enables analysts to build and run custom workflows in scalable, isolated environments—automating nearly 60% of routine security analyst tasks and significantly boosting operational efficiency. Built with Python, the system leverages Celery and Redis for task execution, Docker for sandboxing, and MongoDB for workflow storage. • Designed and implemented a domain-specific language (DSL) with a context-free grammar (CFG) using Lark, enabling users to define dynamic expressions, reference runtime data, and evaluate conditions directly within workflows, thereby providing analysts greater flexibility when authoring complex playbooks. • Designed and implemented a feature-based licensing system using asymmetric cryptography and digital signatures with FastAPI and PostgreSQL. This strategy unlocked the on-premise market, expanding the potential customer base by 25% and enabling granular, pay-for-what-you-use feature access. • Engineered a dynamic dashboard system that lets users model data sources, define custom aggregations, and build interactive widgets—giving them full control over monitoring and visualization. • Enhanced threat intelligence capabilities by exposing an app registry through a custom-built MCP server, enabling users to utilize AI agents for the rapid detection of and response to emerging security threats. • Engineered a high-performance, full-text search capability by integrating Elasticsearch with Montash, dramatically improving the speed and relevance of search results across millions of records.

- Worked on a product providing real-time build monitoring, dashboarding and analysis for CI/CD pipelines. - Designed user stories from client requirements by brainstorming them with the development team. - Developed REST APIs for existing microservices by utilizing Django, Redis, MongoDB and following TDD. - Utilized Vue/Vuex to develop dynamic and reusable components in monitoring dashboard development. - Achieved 100% code coverage by writing functionality and unit tests in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Performed research on combinatorial interaction testing of software systems in a TUBITAK funded project and the detection of side-channel attacks at run-time. Lead assistant on Data Structures, Computer Networks, and Distributed Systems courses. Hold lab and office hours on classes over 100 students to help students on: - Learning basic programming concepts and data structures in Python and C++, - Solving competitive programming problems, - Developing real-life projects such as scalable social network and messaging applications by using network and socket programming, RabbitMQ and Flask REST APIs.
