• Organizing purchasing processes (raw materials, finished products,ready-made products, packages consumables, services, etc.) • Developing purchasing strategies and procedures • Purchasing and operational support to sister plants ( Uk,Italy,Germany,South Africa ) • Conducting supplier interviews and developing and maintaining effective relationships • Search for alternative suppliers and up-to-date price monitoring • Negotiating prices with suppliers • Cost Management & Improvement • Evaluation of supplier performances • Creating orders in the SAP system ( Pr / Po ) • Delivery of order forms to domestic and foreign suppliers • Stock management and order tracking • Demand and supply planning ( (S&op ) ( Fc) • Planning new orders and payments • Arranging and follow up export & import, free zone and transit trade operations • Coordinating all the documentation with the suppliers and/or customers for import/export procedures • Coordinating transporters and customs brokers • Preparing the power of attorney, handling contract, warehouse contract,TSE and tareks authorization documents required for customs procedures and following the notary approvals • Manage and follow up all shipping processes • Obtaining special import and export permits and following up the legislation • Management of warehouse processes • Organization and tracking of international and local shipments • Control invoices of all operations • Preparation of the necessary reports

• Preparation of import and export customs declarations • Obtaining permissions related to import and export • Preparation of circulation documents (EUR1, ATR, Origin Form, Form-A) • Follow-up and termination of customs clearance processes • Following Foreign Trade legislation • Informing customers on a weekly and monthly basis • Organizing regular meetings with customers • Preparation of reports • Invoicing of transactions
