• Reporting directly to VPs of Paper& Board segment in Switzerland • Managing and reporting all market development& innovation(MD&I) projects/activities of each 16 country organizations(Turkey, Russia, Iran ,Ukraine, Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, UAE, KSA, Israel, Kenya, Morocco, South Africa and Egypt) in region RSE, being directly in charge of P&B sales segments of Omya • Preparing and setting goals and objectives in alignment with organization Horizon 26’ goals(10 year MD&I sales plan(projects, volumes, net sales and target margins)) per each country of RSE • Overseeing market research and analysis to identify all business potentials according to 10 year MD&I sales plan(Horizon 26’- H26) • Developing and executing marketing strategies and marketing plans to meet organizational objectives. • Working with 16 sales teams to support development of new MD&I projects and to drive adoption of MD&I projects. • Introducing and implementing of new technology applications(e.g. barrier coating products, functional CaCO3 in P&B) • Connecting with Paper and Packaging industry to understand customer needs and market trends. • Supporting product improvements, enhancements and launching of new products in cooperation with local/ project teams and central R&D • Training of 16 sales teams, local functions and customers about the aspects of all MD&I projects • Managing all MD&I projects including technical service activities in the region. • Assessing market opportunities and tracking market trends. Implementing marketing improvements based on findings.

• Reporting directly to Director Technical Manager Paper& Board segment in Switzerland and Director Sales Area NE&CA • Coordinating and leading all industrial trials of the countries(Turkey, Iran, Greece, Serbia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia) to meet requirements of customers • Collaborating with central R&D and MD&I managers to develop and implement plans for the delivery of effective technical services • Analyzing existing/potential customer’s needs and providing improved solutions • Identifying the resources required for projects and presenting findings to upper management • Analyzing clients’ issues and developing plans to mitigate them. • Managing and reporting all sales activities of Turkey P&B to upper management • Preparing and setting up annual business plan(projects with volume, net sales and margin targets) for Calcium carbonate and distribution product sales. • Defining local market trends and managing market surveys • Developing new business opportunities including distribution products • Implementing new R&D projects in NE&CA • Providing technical support to customers and maintaining long term partnership relations with all accounts.

•Reporting directly to deputy General Manager Muratlı Karton •Leading and directing papermill daily operations in safe and effective manner to achieve safety, environmental, quality, production and cost goals. •Coordinating production activities with production planning, maintenance, and quality control to obtain optimum production and utilization of personnel, machines, and equipment •Coordinating and managing the efforts of the Paper Production, Quality, Planning and Converting teams •Partnering with mill Maintenance and Reliability groups to support efficient troubleshooting, planning, and execution of routine repairs in papermill •Developing and implementing operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality •Reviewing and analyzing production reports to determine opportunity areas and implement solutions for production problems and nonconformity with product specifications. •Managing quality efforts to ensure product performance meets customer expectations and adherence to ISO program requirements, while minimizing paper machine waste •Leading and managing strategic approach to improve operational and human performance •Determining training needs and support training programs for employees •Supervising the production, quality, planning and converting departments, ensuring execution of employee training and development •Evaluating work performance of production, quality, planning and converting teams •Partnering with Plant Safety Manager to maintain and enforce the safety systems for the production, quality and converting departments, ensuring compliance with 18001 Health and Safety Management system •Managing environmental efforts to ensure compliance with regulations and permit requirements including fiber loss, spills and water usage •Managing the production resources, interfacing with other departments, managing budgets needed to attain safety, quality, production, environmental and cost goals.

• Reporting directly to deputy General Manager Muratlı Karton • Managing paper production daily operations in safe and effective manner to achieve safety, environmental, quality, production and cost goals. • Coordinating production activities with production team to ensure optimum productivity of the Paper Machine • Reviewing of production and quality results daily • Coordinating and managing the efforts of the Paper Production team • Gathering and analyzing information to identify sources of machine downtime and quality problems. Working with the Paper Production team to identify probable causes and coordinating efforts to correct them • Coordinating and leading paper machine trials to improve the quality of product and meet requirements of customers • Following new Paper Machine projects and Rebuilds to integrate them into existing Paper Production line • Partnering with mill Maintenance and Reliability groups to support efficient troubleshooting, planning, and execution of routine repairs in papermill • Communicating the results of Quality Objectives and Quality Management System Reviews to all levels in the Production department • Working with the Paper Mill Operation managers to establish priorities and develop annual goals with emphasis on safety, environmental, quality, production, and cost • Oversight of the administration of salary workforce with regard to salary reviews, vacations, and work assignments including performance evaluations and progress towards established goals

• Reporting directly to Production Chief Muratlı Karton • Managing paper coating color and stock preparation department daily operations in safe and effective manner to achieve safety, environmental, quality, production and cost goals. • Reviewing of coating color and stock preparation quality results daily • Optimizing and improving coating color formulations to improve product quality and reduce costs • Executing customer trials and analyzing pilot coater studies to understand potential impacts of various coating formulations • Developing and implementing the Continuous Improvement Strategy to achieve business goals and objectives for cost reduction • Collaborating with Production team to ensure safe, environmental practical solutions for Health and Safety issues • Establishment of Quality Management System (ISO 9001) • Following Stock Preparation Rebuild to integrate them into existing Paper Production line • Learning Paper machine process for preparing myself into the new role

Reporting directly to Production Manager, responsible for: • Manufacturing and painting Television Housings • Developing and coordinating manufacturing strategy

Reporting directly to Plant Manager, responsible for: • Manufacturing plastic, oil, epoxy, synthetic and cellulosic based interior and exterior paints • Measuring the physicochemical properties of the paints and following up ongoing lab. Analysis in progress and reporting of results to upper management
