Our aim is Basically we operate on events sector however we are specialized on corporate and intenral communication events due our professional background. With this experience, we delivered internal communication events such as yearly information sharing meetings, award ceremonies, motivational activities, company celebrations as well as internal PR of HR applications. These events are built through our project management and consulting abilities and kept us in the context of our previous experiences.

Manage a team of 10 employees. Run all HR processes end-to-end for of 1000 employees. Design and develop all HR processes needed to improve employees’ and company performance and add value to the business. Responsible of internal communication, corporate culture development and 6 sigma deployment in the company as well.

Managed a team of 3 employees. Responsible of 100 employees at the Company headquarters. Kordsa Global has 9 facilities at 9 different countries. As Central Hr management, me and my team was responsible of: *Create and develop common systems, standards and policies to be implemented across all Kordsa Global entities *Align HR Teams across different locations through effective implementation of common standards and execution of strategies *Manage and execute global compensation & benefits, recognition & rewarding and expatriation processes *Maintain and develop HR infrastructure for global process applications *Audit and follow-up improvements of local HR processes

At the last 1 year, I worked as Business Partner for Turkcell Group Subsidiaries and my main responsibility was to coordinate Turkcell Group Subsidiaries in fields of human resources, organizational development, enterprise information management, corporate governance, procurement and administrative services according to the vision, strategies, business rules and ethics of Turkcell. During the 1st 1,5 years, work as Account Manager (Business Partner) for 2 different Functions in Turkcell. *Be a liason between line management and HR and act as consultant on HR applications for both managers and staff *Supervise the adaptations and acceptance of HR applications and trigger the appropriate actions if it is needed. *Create open and objective platforms between people and their managers. *Manage the employee-employer relation regarding relavant legislation and Turkcell’s procedures. *work in HR process and application development projects driven by line needs
