•Ensure all products are produced in accordance with customer requirements and specifications with process conformity. •Analyse the risk of all processes together with the associated group and to work with them to decrease the risk level ( SQA, logistics, packaging, maintenance, production) and answered all customer complaints on time. •Managing the claim process, from the analysis of defects, investigation and root causes identification, decision on the conformity, to corrective and preventive action plans for performance increase and follow up Secondary Packaging Standardisation/Specification oriented on material used (pallets/top frames/layer pads) as well as configurations (layer patters, position of the straps, etc) and whole calibration activities in the plant. •Manage the department’s resources to meet the budget and the requirements of the production schedule. •Coordination of customer audits and follow up of corrective and preventive actions initiated after audits also calculate and report quality metrics and preparing certification files for customers (CoA) and Carry out internal & external audits (ISO 9001-14001, OHSAS18001 , BRC ,HACCP, AIB, DPG ) to Assists in identifying process control issues and resolution. •Works in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement & lean management techniques , 5WHY, FMEA, SPC, Green Belt to improve the process quality & efficiency also worked with procurement and the plant to resolve incoming material issues. •Ensure that all quality standards are met though management of people and systems, both direct and indirect report. •Support continuous skills development pillar studies (process standardization and operator training) •Develop and execute sustainability consultancy projects

•Plans and Coordinate all the activities related to worker safety programs and policies with the environmental compliance issues, Identify, track and improve on key HSE metrics according to the updated rules and regulations, also evaluate current and potential risks for health and safety , providing risk evaluation and emergency plan documents, according to the result of evaluation develop of training contents and train new comersand current workers about health and safety applications and giving information to the employees about new regulations of Health & Safety Rules. •Organize and manage HSE meetings and lead area audits with specialist people/establishments to conduct critical technical safety audits (electricity, mechanics, fire statics etc) and make sure that the results of these audits are monitored in the company. • Control environmental risks in work place, conduct internal inspection of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System related with application in organization, also get an control environmental permissions and reporting issues to the government . • Manage hazardous and non-hazardous wastes of entire plant. • Create new initiatives for decrease the amount of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes. • Choose appropriate third party waste companies and audit periodically for improve them according to company standarts.

•Train new comers and current workers about health and safety applications and giving information to the employees about new regulations of Health & Safety Rules and analyze H&S risks for employees and prepare risk analysis document. •Calculation and analyze of immision,waste water, noise,vibration,illumination,emmision according to Quality and Environmental management system. Preparing reports based on these calculation appropriate legislation and regulation of environmental Management, also following current requirements and regulation changings.
