Providing Legal Advice on including but not limited to identifying risks relating to g commercial law, civil law, labour law and company law. Reviewing project agreements, NDA's, sale and purchase agreements, procurement agreements, supply agreements and other forms of agreements for the purpose of ensuring the company is legally protected. Legal Drafting including but not limited to confidentiality agreements, leases, sale and purchase agreements, procurement agreements, supply agreements, memoranda of understanding and other forms of agreements. Follow and apply Capital Markets Regulations, KVKK and Competition legislation. Board Secretarial Duties such as arranging BOD meetings, sharing notes and follow the agenda. Prepare and register corporate documents, signature cirriculars, Board Resolutions. Checking for compliance by the business units with internal policies, procedures and authorities Avoiding and managing litigation as necessary, be an assurance function. Represent the Legal within the company as a professional, reliable and sensible business unit. Deal with government authorities in a professional, prompt, respectful and open manner. Recognise and contribute to the proactive development of internal legal and compliance knowledge as a way of avoiding legal risk, rather than waiting until a risk has arisen. Manage outside counsel activities Follow IP related issues with IP team

Manage overall legal requirements of business by providing legal advice and guidance, Ensure corporate compliance with legal requirements, Advise the company on its contractual & statutory obligations, legal risks and legislation change Manage disputes and litigation, coordinate the work flow with external legal firms Support management decision processes with legal risk assessments especially on Labor Law, Contracts and Corporate Law issues. Support implementation of all compliance initiatives, as per global/regional requirements. Perform trainings and assurance on compliance rules and regulations

Be accountable for monitoring trendsand regulations in telecommunication law Take the legal role on structuring of TT Group projects (TTNET, Argela, Assitt); Review agreements related to the TT Group projects; make legal assessments, Provide general legal advice on contract management and legal matters as they arise (including regulatory and law issues in coordination with counsel); Follow intellectual property rights of the TT Group Companies Follow commercial cases
