Led end-to-end manufacturing process development from DFM and Moldflow review through tooling design progression (preliminary → final) and production release. Established and validated molding processes using short-shot studies, gate freeze analysis, process window development, and parameter optimization. Supported process validation and controlled release activities to ensure manufacturing readiness prior to production handoff. Drove structured root-cause investigations (5-Why, Ishikawa, Pareto) for non-conformances in partnership with Quality. Developed and maintained standard work, process documentation, and change control to ensure consistent execution across programs. Analyzed production data using SPC concepts and time-based studies to identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvements. Supported tooling modifications and machining activities (roughing, finish, EDM, spotting) and validated effectiveness post-change. Worked cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, and Estimating to align delivery, cost risk, and revenue recognition. Captured customer feedback and post-project lessons learned to improve quote accuracy and reduce repeat issues.
