* Responsibilities: -Conduct various comparative studies, Organizing Knowledge Management System (KMS) for projects focusing on systematic digital archiving, * Take stock of recent and ongoing ILO work on sustainable enterprise development in Central and Eastern Europe; * Assist in technical backstopping, implementation and monitoring of the technical activities implemented by the DWT/CO-Budapest, namely EESE, the development of an SME national strategy in FYROM, the development of an SME project component in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Green Jobs proposal development and others; * Conduct a relevant desk research as directed by the Employment and Skills Specialist and/or the Specialist for Employers’ Activities; * Assist in the development of adaptation of material; * Assist in organising workshops and seminars. -In addition: Organized team-building activities for ILO staff members. Conducted employee satisfaction survey.
