Developed a chatbot solution to automate a call center for an internet service provider using Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect • Created an application to streamline customer demonstration creation, resulting in improved efficiency for solutions architects.

• Developed the backend of the core application, EasyVC, a web application that helps Canadian startup pitch their companies at a potential pool of investors. • Deployed features that included real-time messaging and notifications, payment system implementation using Stripe API, email notifications using Amazon SES SMTP, etc. • Collaborated with other Engineers on different projects this led to a 30% increase in revenue for the company. • Deployed the core application on the company’s Linux VPS production server.
