Assisted Stephan Parker within the technological part of the organization. The role entailed ensuring all the technology within the organization is up to date within the organizations’ database, helping organize the format of the database used by the staff and helped keep all of the information of clients on database up to date.

For the two week work experience placements in Spring 2009 and Autumn 2010, I had assisted Tony McNulty’s Secretary with projects. This includes promoting the Labour Party, sending e-mails and communicating with local constituents and MPs in Westminster.

Under Souleymane Ba, I was given the task of creating a LBO (Leveraged Buyout) model in conjunction with creating a 3 financial statement model and an unit economic model all on Microsoft excel. I was also given the opportunity to research into the cold chain industry and put my findings into a Microsoft excel spreadsheet I had thoroughly enjoyed my placement and had enriched my knowledge on private equity investment and daily operations under the support of Henry Obi, Dami Adesanya, Shireen Ali, Frank and Matt

* Over the Summer periods for 2 weeks I had assisted Rai Gadhia to meet department’s sales and service objectives. This includes organizing data into presentations, attended board meetings, shadowed and assisted a colleague named Kamil Kamran Shaikh * I have developed a more solid knowledge of the different departments within banking and what happens within the Global Transaction Services Department. * I have developed the skill of knowing what particular banking product would sell to what type of customer * I was commended for excellent customer service skills and consistent hard work. * I have earned an excellent reputation as a dedicated, loyal hard worker * Moreover, I learnt how to apply the economic and political state of countries to how it can affect the motives of the bank

During my 3 month placement I had assisted Olivia Chaloruer, of who was the local store manager at the time. The role entailed tagging of clothing, sorting out the items of clothing donated and helping organize the store. From this I improved communication skills by tailoring how I communicate with different types of customers as well as teamwork skills and the skill in identifying what type of good would sell I had also gained the reputation of a dedicated worker.
