Oyetunji Steven Olaniba is an Industrial and Agricultural Technology PhD student and a Research Assistant at the Agricultural and Bio-systems Engineering(ABE) Department, Iowa State University. Oyetunji is currently researching on the "21st Century Manufacturing Skills Gap and Competency Requirements" and on the "Impact of Human-Machine Interactions on Human Physical and Physiological Health". Oyetunji obtained his masters degree in Technology Management from Central Connecticut State University (2017), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration(2015) from National Open University of Nigeria and a Higher National Diploma in Statistics(2009) from Yaba College of Technology. Oyetunji is an advocate of transformation from conventional management systems into Lean Management Systems.
