Owen Wagner is a startup founder and CEO working with railroad companies to create cutting edge software used to efficiently sort and optimize cargo routing and logistics. After 3 years of developing high level sorting algorithms while simultaneously working with mass transit authorities, type 1 railroad companies, and their respective governmental and regulatory authorities. Owen Wagner knows the struggle and complexities of high level route optimization as well as the difficulty in coordinating infrastructure changes on a national scale across multiple areas. He believes that this area of work while quite complex and difficult it is not impossible and there are no problems that are unable to be solved with proper context and division of its core fundamental parts. Often stating “Difficult and complex problems have solutions that have the biggest impact on our world”. Owen Wagner has worked previously with large military contracting firms, developing aircraft components. He has participated in research with the National Science Foundation (NSF) and Stanford University. He has received his LEED Green Certification, and is actively working to expand his governmental certifications regarding software security, software standards, and distributed systems networking. He also is continuing to expand his knowledge regarding quantum physics and computation in regards to quantum algorithm development, specifically quantum annealing machines as this field of study is one of his deepest passions.
