Forecasting current weekly sales using Oracle JD Edwards; then extracting, calculating and analyzing through Microsoft Excel and presenting - Extracting and analyzing weekly inventory, sales and transit reports from Cognos Business Analyzer; then editing and uploading on to Microsoft SharePoint for distribution to Canadian Supply Chain and Demand Planning team. - Updating weekly supplier visibility reports while checking for any anomalies such as unbalanced inventory, sales, etc and submitting them before the given deadline. - Assisting team members with different projects regarding statistical research analysis, setting up new items and formulating questions regarding new items to identify potential improvements. - Collaborating with cross functional teams on multiple projects that impact McDonalds Canada at a National Level.
