Consumer goods: Novy, founded in 1907 (proudly a Middleby company) represents the very essence of luxury appliances, specialising in architectural lighting, near silent ventilation and premium induction and gas technology. Lead market and prospect development process for Novy brand within the Middleby Residential network (US/Australia/EMEA) and our European country distributor partner markets. Develop business strategies and our global partnerships for Novy and manage oversees day-to-day business development operations including market development, proposal and budget development and contracting within our existing network.

Establishing Novy from launch (June 2017) into a recognised luxury brand in a new marketplace. Full strategy/people/financial ownership for the UK and Irish markets.

Consumer goods: Working with the U.K. number 2 business by volume, various senior management and executive roles: Marketing Director 2009/2012, Managing Director Baumatic 2012/2013, Marketing Director 2014/2015 Head of Sales and Marketing Hoover Candy and Baumatic (Built-in division) 2015/2017.
