I am responsible for the internal audit function across the European group, covering 17 permanent locations with consolidated revenue of £83m and over 2,000 staff. I review and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate governance, risk management and control processes throughout the business, reporting directly to the Executive VP & Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the worldwide group in the US. My role also encompasses large elements of Project Accounting and Finance Business Partnering - I work with Departments to improve procedures and controls and lead or contribute to various other business projects as required.
