• Design, implement, and maintain scalable IP/MPLS networks for enterprise and service provider environments. • Deploy and support Layer 2/3 VPN services (L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS, EVPN) over MPLS infrastructure. • Configure and optimize dynamic routing protocols including OSPF, IS-IS, and MP-BGP across multi-vendor platforms. • Manage MPLS features such as LDP, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing, and Traffic Engineering. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IP/MPLS and VPN-related issues end to end. • Lead upgrades and migrations of core and aggregation network elements with minimal downtime. • Develop network architecture diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NOC, Security, Engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery. • Implement QoS and traffic shaping policies to meet SLA requirements and optimize performance. • Work with multi-vendor environments (Juniper, Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet) in both lab and production networks. • Configure and manage Juniper SRX and FortiGate firewalls, including policies, NAT, and VPN services. • Perform firewall migrations, audit security policies, and analyze traffic to strengthen network security. • Integrate firewalls into MPLS and VPN topologies to secure inter-site and external communications. Test and validate new features, designs, and software versions in a lab environment. • Participate in capacity planning, IP address management, and backbone scaling strategies. • Automate network tasks using Python .. • Apply routing policies, prefix filters, and infrastructure hardening to ensure network security and stability. • Assisting junior engineers by providing guidance, support, and helping them resolve technical issues to ensure smooth workflow and skill development. • provide technical assistance to IP operations teams.

My main activities are: • establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards; • the design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment; • maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimisation; • undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources; • securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access; • the support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy; • updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organisations; • reporting network operational status by gathering and prioritising information and managing projects; • upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases; • the configuration of routing and switching equipment; • the configuration of hosted IP voice services; • the basic configuration of firewalls; • remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation; • remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation; • capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centres; • liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis; • speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.

• Drive test for the Newly ON AIR sites. • Drive test for single Site as it is swapped check functionality of each Trx and resolving issues at run time. • Drive Testing for Pre-launch Optimisation Sites using TEMS 8.0.4 Cluster Optimisations Tests, frequency scanning, Benchmark Test. • Optimization and Performance enhancement of GSM network, coverage optimization by changing Antenna Power, Tilt and Azimuth. • Quality Test (CQT) and identification of faulty Trx. EDGE/GPRS testing and reporting. • Cluster drives and frequency scanning using TEMS Investigations and Nemo Outdoor. Documented reports using MapInfo 8.5. • Analysing Log files, frequency and neighbour planning Check that all traffic and signalling channels work correctly. Check that the features assigned to the cell work correctly. • Drive test data analysis considering coverage, handovers, call drops, Rx Quality and identifying problematic areas. • Resolve the Corporate customer Complaints.

Project: Modernization PSTN Network to NGN IP Platforme via MSAN noeud. The purpose of this internship is to study and describe the migration process to swap the TDM network to IP Core network Via MSAN with its configurations.
