During my studies in Lyon, I had the opportunity to work as a home assistant, where I provided support for elderly individuals and those with disabilities in their daily lives. This experience allowed me to develop essential human skills, such as listening, patience, and compassion. I learned how to build trusting relationships, be attentive to others' needs, and demonstrate creativity in improving the quality of life for those I cared for. It also helped me develop strong empathy and a deep sense of responsibility. However, it is important to mention that working with end-of-life individuals was emotionally challenging. These moments were particularly intense and demanding, requiring me to confront complex human situations. Nevertheless, this experience strengthened my ability to remain calm, respectful, and present, even in the most difficult moments. This engagement has enriched me both personally and professionally, and it allows me to approach my work today with a service-oriented mindset, always focused on the well-being of others in all my projects, including my current role as a Lighting Designer at MAGGMALIGHT.
