○ Collected and preprocessed a 2.5GB Darija text corpus ○ Designed a custom tokenizer and pre-trained a 300M-parameter LLAMA-based model ○ Applied optimization: pruning, quantization, knowledge distillation, and evaluation ○ Trained the model on NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPUs in the ENSA Khouribga laboratory
