As a Treatment Care Supervisor and Medical Operations Specialist for an Armored Reconnaissance Squadron with a global rapid deployment mission, I managed the medical readiness and emergency response capabilities for over 600 personnel. This included overseeing the maintenance and operational readiness of specialized medical platforms such as MEDEVAC vehicles, treatment platforms, and ambulances. I was responsible for coordinating rapid assessment, triage, treatment, and evacuation of injuries in high-pressure environments, ensuring efficient care for both combat and non-combat incidents. Additionally, I supervised and mentored a team of eight medics, providing training in advanced medical techniques and operational procedures while managing medical logistics and supply chain operations to support mission success.

Served as a Senior line medic in the solitary, forward-stationed, high operating tempo of the Patriot Air Defense Artillery battalion in the European Region--responsible for the health and welfare of 72 Soldiers in austere environments; performs Role 1 duties in the Battalion Aid Station for over 600 Soldiers while in garrison, to include screening, patient care, administration of pharmaceuticals, and ensuring compliance with medical policies and regulations; responsible for the accountability, discipline, safety, training, and welfare of two medics; manages the administration, safety protocols, and inventory of pharmaceuticals and vaccinations; entrusted with the maintenance, care, and accountability of one ground ambulance set and all associated subcomponents valued in excess of $250,000.

Provided critical emergency medical care--overseeing trauma support, patient assessment, treatment, and stabilization in high-pressure environments. Ensured patient safety and continuity of care from point of injury through transport, delivering responsive, life-saving interventions with precision and reliability.
