• Degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from the Methodist University of Piracicaba-SP, in 1990, Post Graduation in Paper Technology in level of expertise in 1994, from University Oswaldo Cruz SP and MBA in Strategic Management by UNIFACS in 2007. • Intermediate Conversational English, reading, and writing skills. • Experience in managing activities related to Industrial Area (production processes corrugated packaging, Project Implementation, Maintenance, Engineering, PCP, cardboard packaging Development Wavy and Administration) diagnostics to develop improvement plans continued. • Strengths: Experience in the Industrial Area and Engineering. • Ease of relationship with different cultures. Has worked for 44 years at Rigesa´s Headquarters in São Paulo, has worked as Plant Manager in the Rigesa of Ceará and Bahia units. • Experienced and skilled in dealing with teams, focusing on human resource management through respect and appreciation of people. • Success in achieving results-oriented productivity gains through implementation of operating procedures, preventive maintenance, layout rationalization, PMS, development of new projects, in choosing the best technology in search of constant modernization, technical and operational training. • Knowledge of quality management system (standard implementation of ISO 9001/2000 Management in Rigesa units in the states of Ceará and Bahia), environmental and workplace safety. • Successful remodeling Preventive Maintenance systems and other industrial processes in the corrugated area using tools like TPM, 5W2H, DMAIC, among others. • Knowledge in the use of Windows applications (Word, Excel and Power Point) • International travels to Europe, USA, Canada, China and Countries of South America for evaluation and purchase of equipment, such as laminators, printers and other equipment for packaging conversion.
