* Presently I am working as an Assistant Manager in the Pharma Finance department. My Current responsibilities include the following: * Processing payments & Receipts. * Preparing of Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers & Payment Received Voucher and * Posting entries in General Ledger Accounting System. * Monthly filling of Electronic Tax Returns and Sales Tax Returns. * Monthly product wise and region wise sales summary and reporting to management. * Process Aging and Outstanding Balance Breakup and sending to respective region. * Maintaining records for all the imports including raw-materials and inventories. * Carrying out Payroll calculations ; salary transfer for Pharma staff & field force; Including Incentive on achievement of sale targets. * Approving marketing expenditure & field force expense claims. * Liaison with external auditors. * Preparation and review of monthly Accounts Reconciliation.

* Worked as a Trainee Accountant with the objective of qualifying as a Financial Accountant. Responsibilities included : * Using Digita Accounts Production. * Using Contractor accounting spreadsheet for preparing VAT returns and for doing accounts/Corporation Tax returns for clients. * Personal Tax returns for clients. * Running Payroll services for clients * PAYE registration for business * VAT registration * Accounting Software experience include Sage Line 50, Sage Account Production.
