Construction of Aegean Refinery project in İzmir, Aliağa in Gemsan Electro Mechanic company for contractor TSGI. Worked as a site quality control engineer for electrical and instrumentation works. Basically implemented task are as following; • QA/QC document management, control of electrical & instrumental works by typicals • NFI-ITP documentation and QR code form preparations • Substations buildings (Switchgear, MCC, DCS, ESD, FGD, IRP, EMMS etc.) • PAGA, CCTV, F&G detection systems, lighting, grounding, ıgnition and heat tracing activities’ testing and checking responsibilities • Junction and MCS boxes installation and control • Each type cable tray installation and modification • Power and instrument cables’ routing, laying and terminations’ controls • Power and instrumentation panels’ pre-com. testing • Transformer, capacitor and generator installation and testing • Industrial Instrumentation installation, loop checks and QC testing • LV-MV motor installations; winding, isolation and solo run testing (Megger) • Grounding resistance & Hi-pot tests
