In August 2013 I did two presentations and a dinner for 150 people in the exclusive Club El Nogal (www.clubelnogal.com) of Bogota (Colombia), in association with Premium Foods. Later (2014), we repeat the same experience in Toronto (Canada), developing an impressive happening in Saint Lawrence market to the top 50 chefs in town, in association with Manotas Deli Foods and Sheridan. The Menu was developed under the tutelage of Xabier Gutierrez (Arzak R & D headchef, Michelin, xabiergutierrezcocinero.com) and I. It was made with products of the prestigious brand gourmet Don Bocarte (www.donbocarte.com).
