- Manage for all die casting areas such as: furnaces, tool room, set up, maintenance and production. - Lead the team to accomplish the KPI´s. - Create strategies to reduce costs reaching out different suppliers of every country. - Sustain the OEE at 77% for small die casting machines and for big machines at 78% (4200 tons). - Manage the budget for the area.

* Manage production areas such as: die casting zinc, die casting aluminum, machining, secondary, sorting, to get successfull outcomes.

Die casting aluminum of oil pan, transfer case, housing, carrier, brackets for customers such as: Magna, Rivian, BorgWarner, Tuthill, Alliance, Mclean, Hydrogear. SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL MANAGEMENT ● Supported the quality system to accomplish on time LPA´s, closing findings. ● Led Fast Response meetings to identify root causes, and developed an action plan to improve and reduce quality issues. PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT ● Report to the Plant Manager at the beginning and half of each shift to give an update on safety, quality and production issues to give follow up, solutions to priorities. ● Manage and make decisions with cell leaders, setup´s, molten metal, automation, maintenance, tool room, CNC, process, quality assurance, shipping, to work on safety, quality and productivity in order to accomplish the KPI´s to the company. ● Build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members to work efficiently and effectively to achieve the goals. ● Initiate implementation of Lean Manufacturing. (5 S´s, TPM, SMED, Supermarket, KanBan). ● Forecast and manage the budget for the die casting Department. ● Plan future production keeping in mind the following factors: the cost of raw materials, the appropriate machinery and processes, the amount of personnel needed, technological developments, and examining the relationship between price, quality and time allocated to achieve it.

• Machining and Assembly of axles components on Drivetrain and Powertrain System for customers such as: GM, Chrysler, Nissan.

• Machining process of transmission case, monoblock, steering housing for customers such as: ZF, Ford, Nissan, Volvo.

• Control daily the: OEE, deliveries, FTQ, claims, accidents, scrap, costs, SMED, over Time, KPI´s. • Implement continuous improvement strategies (Works-Shops, Ohno`s circles, 3P, motion and time study) Achivements • Raise a productivity of 75 to 88%, deliveries at 99%, implementation Lean Manufacturing at 85%. * Reduce over time at 30%.
