New Process/Equipment Transfer Manager at Intel Corporation

Developed and managed several high impact projects by using design of experiments techniques-DOE and through statistical analysis where all process variables and noise factors are evaluated to identify areas that could be improved. Technical problem solving techniques were also applied as part of the experimentation stages. Experience with SPC++, PCS & FMEA, TRIZ and statistical analysis.

He has also worked as a Group Leader for the Equipment and Process engineering team directly immersed on sustaining activities and manufacturing floor support, owning maintenance & operational procedures improvement, statistical process control/PCS, creation of new methods/monitors as part of continuos improvement process and operational excellence, spare parts management & cost reduction initiatives. He owned performance indicators improvement as runrate, machine utilization, productivity, up time, availability, quality and output by minimizing process variability.

In charge of the Installation, qualification and sustaining activities for new technology transfers to Intel facilities worldwide. worked as primary owner for new product, equipment and processes qualififcation and introduction. He has been in charge of IQ activities coordination, including planning, control of microschedules, equipment modifications As an Individual Contributor, worked on design/development activities at Intel, AZ, Philippines, Oregon & Malaysia for Pentium III, IV, Centrino, Core Duo and advanced technologies certification. Currently working as Transfer manager and technical leader as well as mentor/coach for the Process Engineering area worldwide. He also drives high impact projects implementation: Product thermal performance/risk assesment, new material qualification, new tool qualification, lean manufacturing processes, material and process improvement/development.
