Leverage Citi's customer leads and other lead generation techniques to identify new prospects and cross-selling opportunities with current clients. Conduct outbound sales activities to establish visibility in the community and drive business to the branch.

Responsible for performing intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services. Proceed all new account transactions. Fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, safe deposit, processing and boarding DDA lines of credit, discussing and accepting credit applications, and is required to provide leadership, training and support less experienced New Account Representatives and other branch staff members.
