As the QA Head, I oversee all Quality Assurance systems in the factory. I ensure strict compliance to GMP and SOP and that our products meet the desired standards and customer satisfaction. I also ensure proper documentation is done and that the Quality Assurance team function well. I also oversee both the water and effluent treatment plants, especially the smooth running of the factory pollution abatement facility and optimization of waste water treatment plant design and chemical dosage to achieve treated effluents that conform to environmental discharge standards.
