Key Responsibilities: - Managed end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions including Cybersecurity, Strategy, Supply Chain, HR, and Safety, Quality, Environment (SQE), Engineering and other functions, consistently achieving successful and timely hires. - Designed and prepared guidline for the Internal Referral Program to be activated within SANS recruitment processes, enhancing talent attraction through employee networks. - Led two full-cycle On-the-Job Training (OJT) hiring programs for Air Traffic Controllers, managing a pipeline of 150+ candidates from sourcing through onboarding. - Participated in the full recruitment cycle for the MED-ATSEP Technician OJT program, coordinating mass hiring campaigns for fresh graduates. - Created and published job postings, conducted intake sessions with hiring managers, and developed tailored sourcing strategies to meet role-specific needs. - Applied diverse recruitment techniques including headhunting, CV screening, structured interviews, and assessment coordination to secure best-fit candidates. - Negotiated job offers and supported onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires. - Represented SANS at major recruitment events, including KFUPM Career Fair and Jeddah Hilton Career Fair, strengthening the employer brand and engaging top talent. - Acted as Talent Acquisition Section Head during the absence of the line manager, overseeing team activities, coordinating priorities, and ensuring business continuity. - Collaborated with the team in assessing a new AI-powered recruitment tool to support and enhance SANS hiring processes.

• Successfully established & implemented Graduate Development Program (GDP) for hiring 12 engineers in different business units. • Participated in creating structured internal recruitment guidelines with the Head of Shared Services. • Support business units by meeting their requirements of staff (blue and white jobs). • Search CVs, attract candidates, and publish job announcements via LinkedIn. • Conduct different types of interviews. • Handled end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring smooth and swift transactions from initial advert to job offer. • Ensure the required onboarding is prepared for the new hire. • Establish positive relationships with prospective candidates through networking and regular communications. • Support SAMI’s affiliate company in the hiring process by searching CVs, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Tasks Overview: • Source, attract candidates, and screen resumes by using Bayt.com and databases. • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates. • Manage recurring HR processes such as signing contracts. Achievement: • Work directly with Security management to ensure hiring 27 Security Guards to meet the deadline.

Tasks overview: - Researching and gathering information about global and local organizations that can evaluate the workplace of the company and how we can make the workplace accessible for people with disabilities. -Prepare lists of conferences, events and awards that focus on people with disabilities which the division will be participated in 2019 & 2020. - Effective participation in organizing workshops and meeting such as: Ready & Able workshop and Development Division Staff Meeting. -Translate the confirmation, cancellation, wait list, and location change forms and other documentations related to the division to Arabic language.
