Verify that the contractor complies with local, state and federal law including OSHA, environmental and others. Review project schedule and enforce schedule completion. Lead project's meeting. Coordinate with owner, management and the designer extraordinary meetings regarding improvement to the design of the project.

Project Engineer in a project: Comprehensive Performance Evaluation in San Sebastian Water Treatment Plant. at San Sebastian, PR March /April 2014 Performed a Comprehensive Performance Evaluation (CPE) treatment plant by applying the guidelines established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) protocol, and provide PRASA with written and electronic reports. Performed an evaluation of the existing treatment plant, and Comprehensive Technical Assistance (CTA). Tasks: • Identified the unique combination of factors in the areas of design, operation, maintenance, and administration that may limit performance of the treatment plant. • Analyzed sedimentation basin turbidity performance goals, Individual filter turbidity performance goals and desinfection performance criteria
