• Provide support to the dedicated business units in delivering the main HR processes (Recruitment, Performance Management, Career Management, Learning & Development) • Manage organisational development projects • Identify the training and development needs of the organisation, create the training strategy and responsible for L&D training budget • Prepare and coordinate employee engagement surveys and drive action plans to improve employee satisfaction • Manage the corporate employee wellbeing program
