Delivered first-class hospitality to all artists and their touring team in accordance to the festival values and ethos - Acted as first point of contact for artists and their touring team in the backstage, attending to any query and/or directing them to the relevant party whenever needed - Assisted the backstage manager in various capacities including stock management, communication of important information from team members and/or touring parties, double-checking dressing rooms and general backstage area for excellent presentation at all times - Escorting artists and their touring team throughout the festival when necessary
