Support direction and strategies regarding supplier demand forecasting, supplier capacity planning, supply base inventory management, supplier replenishment, and procurement transactions. Manage supplier on-time delivery (OTD) performance, maintain system data integrity and measure performance on related key indicators (past due purchase orders, open PO acknowledgments, PO expedites, non-conforming material return cycle time, and supplier invoice resolution). Work with Corporate Strategic Sourcing department to identify key and preferred suppliers for key categories of spend that support business unit and corporate objectives. Coordinate engineering change order (ECO) activities with suppliers and internal support functions.

Responsible for providing the daily production plans supervising the execution with the associated teams to meet the business unit goals. Monitoring the inventory levels in the distribution centers to ensure the supply program. Calculation and periodic revision of re-order points and safety stock of the materials used in the production lines. Resolution of the issues that affect the shipments, production, or the materials supply. Expediting materials in order to meet the production plans of the business.

Supply indirect components management and the necessary tooling in order to meet the production plans serving the three plants of the company and maintaining an appropriate level of inventory. In charge of buying urgent components according to emergency changes in the production schedule. Monitoring the inventory cycle count program, generation of new materials in the system, monitoring minimum and maximum quantities, updating the information records and the source list of the components. Coordination in the development, procurement, and supplier consolidation, always looking for the best option that fits the needs of the company.

In charge of supply component management to meet production plans based on sales forecast and customer orders. Responsible for inventory control indicators.

In charge of daily production planning based on priorities, deadlines, and workloads on production lines. In charge of monitoring components in the system and responsible of establishing communication with different departments to manage missing components. Managing urgent unforeseen incidents to ensure the supply of materials and the fulfillment of the production plan. Responsible of verifying that scheduled orders are aligned with the requirements of Haldex Mexico.

Responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance solutions to Caterpillar machinery customers. In charge of the support provided to the sales team spread in the 40 Caterpillar locations in Mexican territory. Responsible for calculating and assigning sales goals; also responsible of sales goals compliance analysis (through databases and pivot tables). Strategic planning and event organization to increase sales. Training MADISA representatives. Manage the relationship with CAT USA for the introduction of market strategies and technical manuals.
