Tax expert, mainly focused in Indirect Taxes with more than 17 years of experience assisting global and local companies in many projects. I have relevant experience in tax advisory focused on indirect taxes. During the past years I led teams in all sort of projects, e.g., diagnosis focused in internal controls and tax efficiency, assisting on implementing systems, prepare and review of feasibility studies and incorporating companies and set up of branches in Brazil, in all Brazilian states. Selected project experience: - I was part of teams assisting the implementing and customizing ERPs, prepare of business requirements and fit gaps for IT projects; - Worked in various memoranda, reports and legal opinions on tax matters and in projects of accounting analysis and tax planning; - Also have experience with tax litigation, both in administrative and judicial spheres, and in Federal, State and Municipal levels; and - Relevant experience with due diligences and M&A.
