Business Development and Primary Process Setup - Developed the core project process in the company using an agile workflow for the company. Along with the first employee helped set up the business plan, vision, mission and execution strategy for Planit Philo LTD. - Co-built the digital workspace, company brand guidelines and admin framework for the company along with setting up the master CRM process for all our projects. - Within the last 1 year, AI integration and automation was a key part of our company’s day to day operations. Automation was adapted in the project execution process as well while using project management platforms such as Monday.com and Notion. - Was responsible for setting, directing and controlling business objectives, allocating Employer resources, including modifying and implementing the Employer’s budget.

Institution and Public Projects - Design team lead for redesigning parts of the 68 floor skyscraper project ‘Scotia Plaza’ spreading across an area of over 500,000 SQ FT . Organised monthly workshops with the client’s team (Kingsett Capital) to increase the level of participation in the project. - Worked as a strategic consultant to build a 3 years leasing strategy for the property post COVID and help resolve the tenant occupancy problem by building a sustainable economy around the basement public space network called ‘The PATH’. -Designed the conceptual and schematic phase of 2 ILAC (Largest language school in Canada) campuses in Toronto i.e. Bay Street 75,000 SQ FT & Bloor Street 120,000 SQ FT. Implemented an agile workflow to ensure regular reviews, updates and communication with the client. - Project manager for the execution of the campus fitout at Bay Street. Conducted site visits, development of process submittal, substitution requests, RFIs, risk mitigation reports and meeting minutes updating various teams to review and have efficient communication. - Designed concepts for re-imagining an old grain silo in the ports of Montreal to be converted into a vertical farm, collaborating with Inerjys. The initial research was based on user experience and interaction to create a journey around the vertical farm for the viewer. - Strategic partner for Inerjys in developing a sustainable economic model around the vertical farm for the entire concept to function with a long term growth pattern.

Events and Sculptures - Designed and built large scale 24FT interactive light sculptures to be displayed at Burning Man festival (2021, 2022) in Nevada. The same sculpture (Peace & Arrow) was displayed at ‘Life is Beautiful’ in Vegas. Worked on resolving the structural and logistical challenges for the sculpture. - Co-designed light sculptures for the music festival of ‘Firefly’ happening in the United States, allowing people to have an elevated exciting user experience, allowing them to interact with different scales within a forest.

- Designing a high-end retail outlet store of 1500 SQ FT in Mumbai. - Coordinating with various vendors and subcontractors using process submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes. - Organise weekly client coordination workshops on site to align them with the stages of execution and the team. Team was briefed each morning about their tasks. - Prepared detailed construction drawings of the project for tender documentation, cost & material estimation. Supported admin accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable.

- Project lead of a 2BHK to be transformed into 3BHK and interior design. - Digital Marketing for an upcoming organic medicinal and therapy company, ‘Roots’. - Furniture and product design. - Interior of a 3BHK Luxury Apartment. - Design proposal for a kids play area in a residential society.

- Project lead of a 20,000 SQ.FT. Residential Villa in Nashik. 1. Preparing conceptual ideas and design layout. 2. Working and supervising detailed design drawings and construction documents. 3. Supervising site execution. 4. Managing and leading the execution team that includes the contractor, vendor and consultants. 5. Making client pitch for the project and working out a rough BOQ of the project. - Project Design Lead of architecture studio in BKC, Mumbai. 1.
