I am a highly enthusiastic agriculturalist seeking to find position within an institution that offers an ideal environment for me to contribute my dispensation of knowledge as I learn from the best. I am currently working at Finding XY LTD as an Agronomy Advisor where I am responsible for assessing needs and gaps within the refugee communities and MSMEs, pitching of project proposals at international summits for grants, Coordinating of the webinars and training SMEs on how to increase production, Finding out trade promotion markets in different countries on behalf of agri-SMEs. Worked at Simba farms in Ibanda as an overseer and manager for 6months. Worked at SNV Netherlands as a research assistant where I did mapping of soils with maize gardens for diary farmers in s.w Uganda, collected data and did dissemination of results. Worked as an agronomist at IBO mixed farm where I did farm layout, Orchard management Disease and pest diagnosis and all Agronomic practices such as soil sampling and testing.
